All 3rd-I Photos CD's, DVD's, WebPhotos, PrintPhotos and Collections are royalty free, which means they can be used as many times as you like without incurring additional fees or costs.
In no event will 3rd-I Photos; its Directors; Employees or Agents be liable to you for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
Permitted Usage
By this agreement 3rd-I Photos grants to the registered owner the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the photographs, use for website, multimedia design projects, advertising, packaging, marketing, brochures, presentations, and electronic presentations.
License Restrictions
You may not copy or distribute copies of the 3rd-I Photos CD's, DVD's, WebPhotos, PrintPhotos, Collections, images, photographs, documentation or packaging to others.
You may not sub-license, sell, re-sell distribute or provide to others any portion of the files from the 3rd-I Photos CD's, DVD's, WebPhotos, PrintPhotos, Collections, images, photographs, documentation or packaging.
You may not use any 3rd-I Photos CD's, DVD's, WebPhotos, PrintPhotos, Collections, images, photographs, documentation or packaging in any form of pornographic, defamatory, immoral or illegal material.
Disclaimer
Some descriptions may be inaccurate and the user has the responsibility to research the accuracy of the descriptions themselves. The users agrees that they will not hold 3rd-I Photos & or their owners liable for any damage or loss resulting from a file download, virus, or anything that a 3rd party may have surreptitiously attached.
Return Policy
Digital content can be very easily copied, a CD and/or DVD cannot be returned once it has been opened.
